Overview:
This UV kitchen range hood is designed for closed, open, or display kitchens in hotels, hospitals, restaurants, and central kitchens. Constructed from 304 stainless steel with a 1.0 mm brushed finish, it is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Built-in grease filters, oil condensation grooves, and removable oil collection trays ensure efficient grease management. Low-velocity diffusers and integrated air curtains improve oil fume capture and enhance operator comfort.

UV Purification:
Equipped with high-temperature-resistant UV amalgam lamps capable of operating reliably at up to 110°C. The 185nm VUV UV light directly irradiates grease, breaking it down into solid particles or low-molecular compounds such as CO₂ and H₂O.

Safety & Maintenance:
The hood includes air curtain fans, double-wall side panels, grease and condensate collection troughs, a UV lamp inspection door with retractable support, and anti-light-leakage safety. UV lamps automatically shut off when the inspection door or filters are opened, ensuring safe operation.
